Will the REAL Pit Boss Please Stand up, Please Stand Up
As Pit Boss here at Pit Crew Barbeque I wear a lot of hats. I mean I do a lot of things around here and well I also just wear a lot of hats. I have a couple of great looking Pit Crew Barbeque hats I like to style around in but I also have a handful of NASCAR Hats I love to wear.If you catch me at a Meat and Greet you will most likely see me in a Pit Crew Barbeque hat or a Sprint Cup NASCAR Official Hat so I blend in with all the different NASCAR Fans.

If you happen to catch me while watching a race I have to be a dedicated fan of my Driver so I'll be wearing one of my many #11 Denny Hamlin Fed/Ex Hats. If I'm watching a Nationwide Race and Denny is not in it you may see me wearing a #20 Joey Logano because the young kid is just fun to watch.

Well, it seems I have another hat and another "look" thanks to Tommy the Big Easy Guru in Alabama. Seems Tommy likes to have fun making "South Park" versions of people and I was his next target. So if you happen to be watching TV Cartoons and you this this Character don't try and adjust your dial. hehehe Thanks Tommy!
When it comes to Tailgating... Start'm Young!
We were watching the race this last week we had a house full of friends and family like we always do. So that means kids from 5 months to 60 years old around here. I got to meet and hang out with the newest member of my Tailgating Pit Crew this weekend when my Sister-in-Law brought young Aidan Stevens over.
Fine looking young lad who has not picked a Favorite Driver just yet but assured me he is a "Life Long" NASCAR Fan already.
Seems he likes life simple and sweet too so it was natural to pair him up with some Pit Crew Barbeque's Homestyle Apple Dippin' Sauce.
Apples?...that's right apples. All adults and especially the kids will enjoy dipping ribs, chicken fingers and wings or even french fries. Perfect when tailgating with people who prefer sweet over spicy. Homestyle Apple Dippin' Sauce is an excellent topping for burgers, chicken legs and all your favorite bbq. Apples make it perfect for any pork bbq, How do you like them apples?
So here's to you young Aidan!
Welcome to the Pit Crew Barbeque Tailgating Team!
peace

Race Report: Martinsville's Petty Paperclip & Hot Dogs
I Love Martinsville! Not just because I'm in Virginia but it's the smallest Track NASCAR races on at just over a 1/2 mile and it's flat. Well, just about flat with 12 degree Banking in the Turns and Flat Straights. One word comes to mind... BRAKES.Again this week the race will favor Dirt and Flat Track Drivers but other names like Jimmy Johnson like to win here as well. This weekends rain may be a factor with possible Practices and Qualifying being canceled if the rain keeps up. They are calling for clear skys on Sunday for the race but it will be a rain washed and very slick track till the boys get some rubber down. Look for a mandatory Caution from NASCAR if this happens.
What to get while yer at Martinsville you ask? Their World Famous Martinsville Hot Dog of course! YUMMM! I'll have to do my homework on way their Hot Dog is so good but they just are. Even Drivers and Crews send over to bring them Dogs back to Pit Road.
As for Tailgating this place has it all. There is some First Come First Serve Camping Spots for rent and General Parking is FREE. There are many Private places to park and camp near the Track but they can be a tad pricey. Bring all yer Tailgating gear such as Horse Shoes, Grills, Food, Cooler and the whole shooten match.
If the Rain keeps the track from being used take a trip a few miles away to the Wood Brother Museum.
Don't blink or The Big One will happen and you'll be watching instant replay.
