Pit Crew Member of the Month: Bradford in Springfield Virginia

 As Pit Boss here at Pit Crew Barbeque I get Fan Mail, Questions and Recipes and well just some funny emails. I love to read stuff from you good folks so please keep sending them in.

One this month caught my eye when I read..... "Bradford's Bristol Bacon Wrapped Breasts"

He wrote "I used the thin sliced chicken breasts for this one. I laid out a few strips of bacon and laid the breast on top. Covered the breast in Fresh Blue Cheese. Rolled em up and held together with a couple tooth picks. Smoked em for almost an hour. The cheese just poured out when I sliced into them."

I'll be adding this Recipe in Bradford's name to the Recipe Section here on the site this week.



I just had to meet this guy so I traveled up to Springfield to meet up with Bradford at his favorite NASCA Watering hole. He knew I was coming so I met many of his good friends but he did not know I was bringing gifts.

For being Pit Crew Barbeque Team Member of the Month Bradford got his very own 4-Way Grillin' Wrench a Pit Crew Barbeque Hat and T-Shirt. When holding the 4-Way Grillin' Wrench Bradford and all his friends were just loving the look and feel of this very cool Tool. And Tools Bradford know. I found out he is the Manager of Saratoga Sunoco in Springfield Virginia and was wearing a Interstate Battery #18 Hat when he walked in the door. This guy is 100% of the kind of Fan we like here at Pit Crew Barbeque becuase he loves his NASCAR and loves to Tailgate.
